CRNA needed in Loris, SC39 miles west of Myrtle Beach SCDetails & requirements for this opportunity: - Full time, permanent - 59 beds - This is a rural facility - Work Schedule/hours: Full time, 80 hours bi-weekly, Monday Friday 7a 3p - Experienced candidates preferred - Types of cases: eyes, general, ortho - Call schedule: Wednesday and Thursday nights, no weekend call at this timeCompensation:W2 employment will have two options:Base salary with a sign on bonus of $20,000/year (1 year commitment will be a $20,000 sign on, 2 years commitment will be a $40,000 sign on, 3 years commitment will be a $60,000 sign on).This is a hospital employed opportunity with an excellent compensation package, retirement plans and benefits, PTO, CEU allowance, and signing bonus.
