Full-Time Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse - Overnights
Up to $42/hour based on experience (detox / recovery preferred)
$6,500 sign on bonus for full-time overnights (50% at start, 50% at 6 months)
Full-Time with Benefits (Part-Time or Per Diem also available)
Three weekly 12-hour shifts (7pm to 7am)

About Us:
As a member of Guardian Recovery, we're a 48-bed treatment facility located in Plymouth, NH with a 20+ year history of providing a world-class recovery program. Our agency serves individuals with substance use disorder in need of detox and residential treatment services.

The Plymouth House is looking for several Overnight Nurses to join our team. We can hire professionals as both Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. These staff members are critical components of our patients early recovery and an instrumental part of the positive life changing decisions a person with substance use disorder must make as they enter the world drug/alcohol free.

Qualification Requirements:

  • License as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) valid in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Recent RN/LPN program graduates are encouraged to apply, in addition to candidates with extensive nursing experience.
  • Prior experience in substance abuse recovery / detox is preferred, but not at all required.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient (client) monitoring, including regular vital checks and closely documenting conditions.
  • Administer medications, including infections and oral supplements.
  • Nurture a compassionate environment by providing psychological support for clients going through withdrawal from substances and/or alcohol.
  • Partner alongside clinical team members, including therapists and other mental health professionals, and be mindful of clients psychological state.
  • Communicate with clients' family/friends to provide advice, comfort, and release instructions.
  • Adhere to confidentiality best practices and ensure client privacy.
  • Follow care regulations and standards set by law.

Pay:
Ranging from $30/hour to $42/hour based on qualifications, including years of experience in detox, education, and level of license (Registered Nurse RN vs Licensed Practical Nurse LPN).

Bonus:
We're offering a $6,500 sign-on bonus for nurses who are joining Plymouth House for full-time status on overnights. 50% is paid when starting, 50% paid at 6 months, and the bonus is fully retained after 12 months of service.

Schedule:
Three 12-hour shifts per week for full-time status. Overnights from 7am to 7pm. Rotating weekend coverage is needed.
