$2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time RN

Dublin Post Acuteisseekinga compassionate, skilled, anddedicated RNto join our team on the night shift. The RNis responsible forproviding high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatmentsas prescribed byphysicians.

  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to physicians andappropriate teammembers.

  • Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.

  • Ensureaccurateandtimelydocumentationin accordance withfacility policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Respond to resident emergencies and provideappropriate nursinginterventions.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

  • Participate in shift reports, care conferences, and quality improvement activities.

  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

  • Promote a positive, resident-centered environment focused on quality care and customer service.

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
