Overview
NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is looking for RNs to serve our patients and hospital leadership team at our brand new hospital in Kalamazoo, MI.
We are adding Registered Nurses (RNS) for all shifts to help us provide life changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. We are looking for RNs for day and night shift who can work FULL TIME. Shifts are 12-hours and have a rotating weekends. We would love you to join us and save lives!
  • Hourly rates between $42 - $47 per hour based on experience
  • $5 per hour night shift differential, $7 weekend day shift(Sat and Sun) and $10 weekend night shift diff
  • $15,000 sign on bonus for a one year commitment, paid out half at 6 months and half at 12.
  • $1,000 Referral program if you refer a full time RN!

Responsibilities
  • Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
  • Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
  • Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
  • Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.
We are looking for exceptional RN talent who demonstrates exceptional compassion. Must be passionate about quality patient care and serving an underserved population.
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate accredited school of nursing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery.
  • NADD-CC or eligible is highly preferred
