Job description

Find your calling at Mercy!Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Nurse works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Nurse will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:

Full Time RN/LPN

Hybrid/Remote

8a-5p with 2 days onsite

90 days of onsite training

Locations:

  • Mercy Health tracks
  • Joplin 50th Street Clinic


Education: Diploma in Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing
Licensure: Active RN licensure


Preferred Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
