A 198 bed Level III Trauma Center is seeking New Graduate Registered Nurses to join a structured RN Residency Program designed to support your transition from student nurse to confident bedside clinician.


This program provides hands on clinical training, mentorship, and professional development while working in a collaborative acute care environment serving the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.


Available Units

• Cardiac Cath Lab

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

• Medical Surgical

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

• Emergency Department (ER)

Compensation & Incentives

• Salary Range: $29.05 to $46.48 per hour based on experience

Sign On Bonus:

• $10,000 for candidates with less than 2 years of experience

• $25,000 for candidates with more than 2 years of experience

(2 year commitment required)


Relocation Assistance: Available based on relocation distance


Minimum 1 year commitment required
