St. Raphael’s Home Care is a nurse-owned, rapidly growing Catholic home care company based in North Branch, Minnesota. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to our clients—primarily veterans.

Position Overview

The Home Health RN is responsible for managing their schedule and ensuring timely completion of client visits. This role focuses on delivering skilled nursing care in patients’ homes while maintaining accurate and thorough documentation.
Typical responsibilities include:
  • Medication setup
  • Wound care
  • Catheter care
  • Other skilled nursing services
Training is provided for any unfamiliar skills. New graduates are welcome to apply.
