Chick-fil-A Livonia- Immediate Human Resource Manager Needed

Chick-fil-A Livonia is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our team in Livonia. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining legal compliance, implementing talent strategies, and ensuring a remarkable guest experience at every touchpoint. This is an opportunity to work in a fun, fast paced supportive, and dynamic environment where your efforts will directly impact the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage talent management strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, training, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure HR documentation and compliance for all employees; this includes minors
  • Handle disciplinary conversations and terminations
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints promptly
  • Oversee legal cases and work with legal counsel as needed
  • Develop recruitment pipelines and maintain recruiting information
  • Assist in restaurant operations and CARES communication when needed
  • Process payroll and manage uniform distribution
  • Coordinate Team Member engagement activities and recognition programs
