POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for maintaining Connect's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. The HR Manager program includes: include Recruiting & Hiring, On-Boarding & Orientation, Job Skills Training, Engagement & Retention, Performance Management, Employment Practices, Benefits / Salary Administration, and Payroll/Attendance. Also helps plan and facilitate leadership training for the Connect regional management team. This role is full-time, salary grade level 14.
