Americaneagle.com is looking for a Junior Resource Manager who brings experience in managing resource allocation and bandwidth, preferably in a digital agency environment. This role is ideally suited to someone who understands sourcing to ensure that our engagements are resourced effectively and efficiently. The Junior Resource Manager is primarily responsible for assigning and managing forecasting of resources to projects, providing accurate and insightful reporting and analysis to leadership and implementation teams, identifying gaps and issues, and making strategic and thoughtful staffing suggestions.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain an understanding of practice portfolio and status of each engagement
  • Maintain an understanding of key skills needed, team members' career aspirations, and current skill sets to align employees to engagement staffing needs
  • Work with delivery teams to understand demand and determine appropriate staffing
  • Develop staffing strategies to optimize employee utilization and engagement profitability
  • Ensure staffing levels are adequate for current and future engagements; develop hiring plans for your assigned practice
  • Maintain resource allocation data
  • Ensure timely submission of timesheets for your assigned practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR Management, or a similar field
  • Strong interpersonal skills (effective communication, negotiation, collaboration, leadership)
