Resorts often have a team-oriented environment where servers collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to provide seamless service. Regular pre-shift meetings help align the team on daily specials, guest preferences, and service standards. The fast-paced nature and high guest expectations can be challenging, but strong teamwork and communication are key to delivering a memorable experience.
