The Fine Dining Server Assistant plays a key supporting role in delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Job Summary:
The Server Assistant at Basalt Restaurant supports the front-of-house team by maintaining the dining area, assisting with service flow, and ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt, attentive support. Reporting to the Basalt General Manager, this position helps maintain the high standards of service expected in a fine dining environment.
Job Specifications:
Onsite: Black Desert Resort - Basalt
Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour plus tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide an exceptional fine dining experience from start to finish.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system promptly.
