• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and create tailored treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and diagnostic criteria.
• Employ various evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and growth.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of patient confidentiality.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
• Facilitate case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking help for various psychological challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and relationship issues. • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based psychotherapy techniques.
