Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients’ mental health needs.
• Document all clinical interactions and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and other therapists, to ensure a holistic approach in client treatment.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer review sessions that encourage ongoing learning and team support.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available treatment options, fostering a supportive environment.
• Manage an active caseload, focusing on timely and effective care while maintaining high ethical standards in all professional activities.
• Commit to continuous professional development by staying updated with the latest research and therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals struggling with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A valid Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active professional license, such as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, to practice in Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based therapeutic interventions, showcasing proficiency in various psychotherapy techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong collaborative relationships.
• A capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving to address complex client situations effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical experience in working with a diverse range of clients, particularly those facing anxiety, depression, and trauma.
