High Point Family and Marriage Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) for a full-time remote position. This LCPC position is primarily remote, allowing our counselors to work comfortably from home while still being part of a collaborative team. You will primarily interact with clients through virtual sessions, but you will benefit from ongoing support and supervision from experienced colleagues. The clinic's infrastructure leverages modern technology, including an electronic medical records (EMR) system, facilitating seamless patient management and documentation.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' biopsychosocial needs, establishing comprehensive treatment plans aimed at effective symptom resolution.
• Provide individual therapy, couple counseling, and family therapy; employing evidence-based practices tailored to specific client situations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, occasionally acting as a co-therapist with a psychiatrist for our patient population.
• Ensure compliance with program standards and ethical guidelines, leveraging clinical decision-making to enhance patient engagement and therapy outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams to conduct triage evaluations and crisis intervention, ensuring prompt and effective care for clients in acute distress.

Your caseload will consist of a diverse range of individuals and families, many of whom may be dealing with issues such as trauma, substance misuse, and marital conflict. You will play a critical role in fostering resilience and providing support to clients from various backgrounds, recognizing the unique cultural and societal factors that influence mental health.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.
• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and therapeutic skills.
• A strong foundation in ethical guidelines, legal considerations, and relevant clinical practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect and communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

• Specialization in areas including family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies to enhance client care and clinical documentation.
• Experience working cooperatively within healthcare teams to achieve holistic and patient-centered outcomes.

The salary range for this position is highly competitive, starting at $70,000 and going up to $105,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities available. We appreciate the hard work of our counselors and offer various incentives, including a sign-in bonus for new hires.
