Tiny Triumphs Counseling Services is currently seeking a dedicated and culturally sensitive Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver outpatient mental health services in a supportive and inclusive environment, ultimately contributing to the well-being of individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Work Environment

The work setting is entirely remote, giving you the flexibility to operate in an environment that best suits your professional style while reaching patients across the Chicago area. You will be part of an outpatient office model, where you will collaborate with like-minded professionals dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required to accommodate patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to inform the development of personalized treatment plans specific to each patient's needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting methods consistently to align with the cultural contexts and individual experiences of your patients.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing varied mental health concerns—promoting resilience and healthier coping mechanisms.
