• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients, developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary teams, which include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a well-rounded approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements, and ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with mental health research and participating in relevant workshops and training opportunities.

You will work with a broad demographic, ensuring that your therapeutic interventions address a variety of cultural, social, and psychological factors. • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• At least 2 years of experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertaining to counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, family therapy, or substance abuse counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and various counseling software that facilitate telehealth services.

This LPC position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
