• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health through initial intake consultations and ongoing evaluations to determine effective treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions—whether individual, group, or family modalities—to ensure continuity in care and client engagement.
• Utilize digital health platforms to track client progress, document treatment notes, and communicate seamlessly with teammates and clients.
• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists, as needed for medication management or specialized therapy.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and team meetings that contribute to clinical skills enhancement.

In this role, you will work closely with clients facing a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse, trauma, and eating disorders. Your capabilities will be put to use in cultivating therapeutic relationships that foster trust and openness. Your insights will guide clients in developing coping skills that will serve them throughout their lifetimes.

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Valid state counseling license (LPC) providing the legal authority to practice therapy in Georgia is essential.
• Demonstrated clinical experience, with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and ethical practices.
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues.

• Experience treating a diverse group of patients and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies).
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems to efficiently manage documentation and client data.
• A proven track record in building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, enhancing their therapeutic experience.
