• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments for all new patients to establish their individual needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage and monitor the treatment process for patients' psychiatric, psychosocial, and behavioral health needs, ensuring continuity of care through their recovery journey.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to engage and empower patients in their recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with external behavioral health treatment facilities as necessary to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Proactively identify and implement strategies to enhance patient engagement and achieve better treatment results.
• Participate in regular case conferences and staff meetings to review patient progress and share best practices with colleagues.

Your work will center around adults who may be facing a range of challenges related to substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. You will be a crucial source of support and guidance, helping these individuals navigate barriers to care, maintain their recovery path, and achieve personal goals in a compassionate and understanding manner.

• A Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• Active, full licensure as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably within a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based treatments for behavioral health conditions, including strategies specific to substance use issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills combined with strong active listening abilities, allowing for effective patient engagement.

• Experience working in a community health setting or with populations directly affected by opioid use disorder.
