• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gauge patients' needs, strengths, and areas for improvement. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions, promoting community and education around mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure comprehensive patient care, sharing insights from assessments to drive treatment efficacy.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and stability for patients.
• Educate patients about mental health disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and local community resources available to them.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to share knowledge, strategies, and feedback for improvement.
• Stay informed on the latest research in mental health therapies and treatment methodologies to continually enhance the quality of care offered.

You will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proven ability to perform thorough mental health assessments and devise effective treatment plans tailored to individual patients.
• Excelling in delivering individual and group therapy, with experience working with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective rapport-building with patients and collaboration with team members.
• Sound judgment in maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical practices.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software technologies.
• A collaborative spirit conducive to working in a multidisciplinary team and engaging proactively with colleagues.

• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting or community health clinic preferred.
• Previous work with crisis intervention and mental health emergency responses.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and models relevant to mental health.
• Participation in continuous learning workshops and relevant professional seminars.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
