Our commitment to evidence-based treatments and collaborative therapies ensures that each patient receives individualized support tailored to their unique needs. We strive to empower our patients by emphasizing recovery, resilience, and overall well-being.

Work Environment

This position is a full-time remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging deeply with school-based clinicians and educational staff. The remote work setting fosters flexibility, enabling you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life, while still participating actively in the school community. Our team culture values collaboration, open communication, and ongoing support to ensure you have the resources needed for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments on students to evaluate their mental health status, strengths, and needs, providing essential insights that guide their support plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy, tailored to each studentโ€™s individual circumstances.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, teachers, and school administrators, to deliver coordinated care and support services.
  • Educate students and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management, empowering them to participate actively in their care.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family therapy, using evidence-based approaches to foster effective communication and healing.
  • Develop robust treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team, focusing on patient goals and preferences to ensure personalized care.
  • Nurture advocacy for students, assisting them and their families in navigating the complexities of the mental health system, ensuring their rights and needs are met.
  • Lead therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions; participate in discharge planning meetings, ensuring a supportive transition for students re-entering the school environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population of children and adolescents in a school setting. You will address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related symptoms, delivering culturally competent care and utilizing strengths-based practices to support their development and success.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in school-based mental health settings is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Previous involvement with children and adolescents in various therapeutic frameworks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document assessments, treatments, and patient progress efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Along with your salary, you will have access to a robust benefits package that includes:

  • Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage options.
  • Retirement plans with employer matching to help you secure your financial future.
  • Generous paid time off and flexible scheduling, promoting work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training to enhance your expertise and career trajectory.
  • A sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
