• Provide direct clinical services to clients through individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, symptoms, and treatment plans, ensuring personalized and effective interventions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards and organization policies, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to case discussions and treatment recommendations aimed at improving client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with industry advancements and enhance clinical skills.
• Support clients in crisis situations, providing immediate interventions and resource referrals as necessary.

The client population served at Summer Spring Psychotherapy Center primarily includes adults and adolescents facing major mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and other severe emotional disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health assessment, crisis intervention strategies, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to connect and empathize with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational skills, enabling effective time management and treatment documentation.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Previous experience working in community health clinics or telehealth services is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and teletherapy platforms is a plus.

We are pleased to offer an annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
