Job description

Position Purpose: The Curriculum Designer - Learning Design with AI and Emerging Technologies Graduate Intern will support the design team by researching emerging technologies and improving a learning-design process, tool, or workflow. The intern will assess current practices, develop and test a practical solution, create supporting documentation, and present outcomes and recommendations to leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Research AI-enabled tools, automation, and learning-design practices; analyze workflows and baseline data; design and pilot process improvements; gather stakeholder feedback; create job aids and training materials; and support related design, quality, and project activities.
Education/Experience: Currently pursuing a master's degree in instructional design, learning technologies, learner experience, or a related field. Strong research, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and project-management skills are preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Excel, or process-mapping tools is helpful but not required.
Work Location and Schedule: This is a fully remote summer internship that may be performed from any of the 50 U.S. states, subject to approved work-location requirements. The intern will work full time, 40 hours per week, during the summer and must be available for virtual collaboration during the team's core business hours.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed. Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.

This is a remote internship and may be performed from any of the 50 U.S. states. Compensation ranges from $24-$35 per hour, based on degree level, academic background, and relevant experience. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship and cannot be filled by candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future, including those working under CPT or OPT authorization.
