Account Executive – Healthcare Software Sales for AI-powered sleep diagnostics. Location: Boston, MA (Remote, with travel throughout the New England area).

We are transforming healthcare through AI-powered sleep diagnostics and are looking for a driven Account Executive to help us grow. If you’re a hunter, love building new relationships, and are comfortable speaking with clinicians and healthcare executives, let’s talk.

We help sleep labs and healthcare systems unlock better outcomes with AI-driven software that streamlines sleep study scoring. Our technology makes clinicians' lives easier and patients' sleep healthier.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and close new business with sleep labs, health systems, and enterprise accounts.
  • Build relationships with clinicians and healthcare executives; communicate value of AI-driven sleep diagnostics software.
  • Travel up to 75% to customer sites, events, and internal sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the software.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in an Account Executive or similar sales role
  • Sales experience in sleep medicine, especially home sleep testing (PPG preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing deals within health systems
  • Strong mix of clinical aptitude and business acumen
  • Hunter mentality with creativity in how you approach and win business
  • Experience with SaaS, Healthcare Software, or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)
  • Sales experience with enterprise health systems
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage pipeline and forecasting
  • Previous experience at a startup, tech company, or engineering-focused organization
  • Experience working in hybrid or fully remote environments

  • OTE: $220K with $130K in variable compensation; guaranteed commissions (100% in months 1–3, 50% in months 4–6)
