Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional mental health services remotely. Work Environment

This remote position allows you to work independently while being a vital part of our community health clinic network. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring that every client receives comprehensive and coordinated care. We provide a structured work schedule, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to analyze clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
  • Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans, articulating specific goals and interventions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Engage in collaborative treatment planning with other professionals to ensure all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning, to support clients in immediate need.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that encourage peer support and community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment details in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, encompassing children, adolescents, adults, and families. Clients present with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • A minimum of three years of related experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, providing direct clinical services.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities rooted in evidence-based practices and a commitment to continued professional development.
