You will be working in a tech-enabled healthcare setting where collaboration and communication occur seamlessly via video sessions and digital collaboration tools.

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions focused on individualized, evidence-based care addressing the mental health needs of adult patients.
• Collaborate with integrated psychiatric providers to create holistic treatment plans and consult effectively with fellow therapists for comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to continuously evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, which includes innovative digital tools designed to streamline your workflow and facilitate the care process.
• Engage in ongoing professional support and consultation with the Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring that you have the resources needed to provide the highest quality of care.

Your primary focus will be adult clients experiencing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. This demographic often presents complex cases requiring a tailored approach that is both empathetic and scientifically grounded. You'll be equipped with various assessment tools, such as automatically generated symptom checklists, to provide thorough and responsive care.

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California is required.
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices, with a specific focus on cognitive behavioral therapy.

• A minimum of three years of recent clinical experience working in mental health settings, particularly with individual adults facing various psychological challenges.
• Familiarity and comfort in using digital platforms and telehealth tools to enhance therapeutic interactions.
• Experience working with high-risk populations and adolescents is a plus, demonstrating versatility in treatment approaches.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
