This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work-life balance while ensuring you can focus on your patients' needs without the distractions of a physical workspace. Our virtual community health clinic is equipped with user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) systems, enabling you to document efficiently while enhancing your therapeutic practice. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, without any on-call duties, ensuring your time is dedicated to providing exceptional care.

• Conduct weekly video therapy sessions, providing evidence-based mental health care tailored to individual adult clients using CBT and other methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive and integrated treatment solutions for clients.
• Utilize assessment instruments to continuously monitor patient symptoms and progress, employing data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage actively in weekly drop-in consultation sessions and seek peer and leadership support to enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic strategies.

Our client base includes adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and situational crises. We prioritize accessible care for high-risk populations, ensuring that every patient, regardless of their background or mental health history, receives culturally responsive and individualized support.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
• Current independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory, with a minimum of one year of independent practice experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to working with diverse adult populations and an understanding of mental health disorders.
• Technical competence and enthusiasm for incorporating digital tools into therapeutic practice.

• A preferred two years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other interventions for adults.
• Experience working with higher-risk populations and familiarity with the challenges faced by this group is highly beneficial.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience, alongside performance-based bonuses.
