• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through client interviews, history evaluations, and diagnostic testing to understand each individual's unique challenges.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on assessment data, integrating evidence-based approaches to address both short-term and long-term mental health goals.
• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions, including one-on-one counseling, family therapy sessions, and structured group therapy, while adapting these strategies based on client feedback and progress.
• Utilize digital tools to monitor client progress, documenting sessions accurately, and adjusting treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during critical situations, employing de-escalation techniques and referrals to higher levels of care when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all client interactions and records remain confidential and handled with the utmost professionalism.
• Engage in ongoing consultation with multidisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, case managers, and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Continuously seek out professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training to remain current in best practices in mental health treatment.
• Adhere stringently to the ethical codes and professional standards set forth by licensing boards and mental health organizations.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client base encompassing various ages, socio-economic backgrounds, and mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. Your ability to connect empathetically with clients from remote settings will be crucial in building rapport and trust, enabling effective therapeutic outcomes.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• Must hold current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive therapeutic relationships.

• At least three years of direct experience in a clinical mental health setting.
• Experience with telehealth services and comfortable using technology for therapy delivery.
