Job description

Description
Be the Calm, Confident Voice Families Trust in Life's Most Important Moments
Location: Remote (Texas-based)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Position Type: Full-Time (Growth Potential)
Compensation: Competitive Hourly + Performance Bonuses
This Is Not a Call Center Job, nor a Receptionist Role.
This is a mission-critical role.
Are you the type of person who knows how to connect with people in their moment of crisis and guide them to take the next step?
When someone reaches out to our firm, it's often during a pivotal moment on the hardest day of their life:
  • A spouse has asked for a divorce.
  • A parent is fighting for custody.
  • A loved one has passed away.
  • A family needs guidance to protect their legacy.

The first voice they hear matters. The voice that answers can make all the difference between fear and relief, and can greatly impact their future for better or worse.
We are an established, woman-owned Texas law firm serving clients in Family Law, Estate Planning, and Probate. Our firm values teamwork, positivity, honesty, and high standards. We are seeking a compassionate, confident, emotionally intelligent Intake Specialist who can connect with people in both crisis and planning moments - and confidently guide them toward the next step. We are looking for a high-performing bilingual intake specialist to handle calls during regular business hours. We want closers, not order-takers. And you can work from home or wherever you choose.
If you are empathetic and excellent at consultative sales, this may be the perfect fit.
Compensation
  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Performance bonuses tied to:
  • Consultations booked
  • Conversion rates
  • Retained clients

High performers are rewarded.
Pay & Bonuses You'll Love:
  • $20/hour base pay (full‑time)
  • Upside monthly performance bonuses
  • $50 for 5‑star reviews that mention you by name
  • Performance Bonuses (Paid Monthly)

Earn per attended, paid consultations you help schedule each week (resets each week):
  • $10 bonus for each of your first 10 consults set once you schedule at least 10 in a week
  • $20 each for consultations 11-20
  • $25 each for 21+

One-time Milestone Cash Bonuses
  • 25-29 consults: +$150
  • 30-34 consults: +$250
  • 35+ consults: +$500

Strong performers can earn hundreds more per month on top of hourly pay-just by doing great work and delivering excellent client service.
Example: High‑Earning Month
  • 32 attended consultations
  • Per‑consult bonuses: $600
  • Milestone bonus: $250
  • Four 5‑star reviews mentioning you: $200

Over $1,000 in bonuses on top of hourly pay-in one month
Growth Opportunity
As our firm continues to expand in Family Law, Estate Planning, and Probate, there is potential for:
  • Expanded hours
  • Leadership in intake operations
  • Increased bonus opportunities

We value initiative, ownership, and long-term team members. We value team members who never stop learning and improving their skills.
This role is for professionals ready to make an impact and be rewarded for it. If you are seeking meaningful work where your empathy and confidence truly matter - and where performance is recognized - we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Answer inbound calls, texts, and online inquiries remotely
• Conduct structured legal intake interviews with professionalism and warmth
• Gather detailed, accurate information regarding family law, estate planning, or probate matters
• Confidently explain our services and fee structure
• Handle pricing objections with composure
• Persist in multi-channel follow-up
• Convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations
• Maintain organized, thorough CRM documentation
• Interact with terrific team members
• Protect confidentiality and uphold ethical boundaries
• Make a positive impact on our firm's growth
