Rinvio is hiring an Office Coordinator / Administrative Support professional for a full-time W2 role based around Racine, WI. This position is a strong fit for candidates with administrative assistant, office coordinator, receptionist, customer service, or clerical support experience who enjoy keeping communication, schedules, records, and follow-up organized.


Responsibilities may include answering and routing phone or email inquiries, supporting customer communication, entering and updating records, coordinating appointments or service requests, preparing basic documents, tracking follow-up items, and helping the office stay organized day to day. The role may offer remote flexibility after initial training, with the option to work in office if preferred.
