• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat to help clients articulate emotions, set personal goals, and improve their mental health.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, facilitating open discussions about their experiences and relational dynamics.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based approaches and your clinical expertise.

You will be working with a population of carefully screened clients, predominantly stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. • A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess full licensure by the state board, maintaining good standing to practice independently. Acceptable licenses include:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a sympathetic and empathetic nature are essential for connecting with clients and understanding their needs.
• Proficient in technology and comfortable using digital platforms for teletherapy as part of the counseling process.

• While a Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement, a Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred to enhance your knowledge and capability to provide comprehensive care.
• Experience working with adult clients or in remote counseling settings will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with solution-based therapy approaches, and a strong understanding of client-centered practices will further your effectiveness.

Dynamic Psychological Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. Our compensation package includes:
