Our clinic operates on a remote work model to support a flexible lifestyle while maintaining high standards of patient care. Team meetings and professional collaborations occur via virtual platforms to ensure effective communication and coordination. This role requires you to contribute actively to our team discussions, participate in case conferences, and develop treatment plans that incorporate input from other healthcare professionals. The standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate patient needs.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning using standardized tools.
• Develop individualized and evidence-based treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, addressing specific patient needs.
• Provide psychotherapy services in diverse modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Administer and interpret psychological tests to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning, ensuring accurate measurement of clients’ progress.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to create integrated care pathways, ensuring all patient needs are met.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals experiencing acute distress, working diligently to ensure their safety and proper follow-up care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in psychology through continuous education and professional development opportunities.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to psychology interns and doctoral students, fostering their growth in the field.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and promote a culture of learning.

• A doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited academic institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as a psychologist in New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating strong therapeutic skills.
• Deep knowledge of psychological theories, assessment tools, and a wide range of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and formulating tailored treatment plans.
• Experience in providing individual and group therapy, leveraging various theoretical frameworks to best serve clients.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills, with the ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• Ability to thrive as part of a collaborative team environment, working cohesively with diverse professionals.

• Experience working within school settings or with school-aged populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth delivery and electronic health record systems.
• Specialized training or experience in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse, or family therapy.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, and may include performance bonuses.
