Location: Required to live in Northern California | Remote

We are seeking an experienced Provider Network Manager to oversee provider recruitment and network management throughout Northern California. This full-time, remote position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building strong provider relationships, expanding provider networks, and working independently while managing a large geographic territory.

The Provider Network Manager is responsible for recruiting and contracting dental providers, maintaining strong provider relationships, negotiating participation agreements, and supporting the continued growth and success of the provider network throughout Northern California. This position requires regular travel within the assigned territory to meet with providers and dental office teams.


  • Recruit and contract general dentists and dental specialists to expand the provider network.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with participating providers and office staff.
  • Conduct provider onboarding, orientations, and ongoing education regarding network policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate provider participation agreements.
  • Coordinate provider credentialing and recredentialing activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for provider operational and network-related questions.
  • Analyze network adequacy and identify strategic recruitment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an exceptional provider experience and high-quality service.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in provider network management, provider relations, dental office management, or a related healthcare field.
  • Excellent communication presentation, and negotiations skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory.
  • Ability to travel throughout Northern California.
