• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy for individuals, groups, and families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
