Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth therapy for clients in North Carolina. This role centers on helping clients work through relationship concerns, family stress, emotional challenges, and patterns that may be affecting their wellbeing at home, work, and in daily life.

You will provide virtual sessions, complete clinical documentation, and guide clients through treatment using your training in family systems and relational care. The position is a strong fit for an LMFT who wants a full-time remote role with clear expectations, steady work, and the chance to support clients through important personal and relational concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver online therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families through a secure platform
  • Complete intake evaluations and identify clinical needs, risk factors, and treatment priorities
  • Help clients address relational conflict, communication issues, stress, adjustment concerns, and family transitions
  • Use appropriate clinical interventions based on client goals and presenting concerns
  • Prepare timely session notes, treatment plans, and progress updates
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards for remote therapy services
  • Keep client information confidential and follow HIPAA requirements
  • Track client progress and update goals when treatment direction changes

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field
  • Active and unrestricted LMFT license in North Carolina
  • Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Comfortable delivering care through telehealth and using electronic health records
  • Strong understanding of family systems, relational therapy, and treatment planning
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries, organized documentation, and reliable communication
