• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each patient, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver effective interventions.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups to enhance patient understanding of mental health issues, thereby fostering community support and empowerment.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to holistic patient care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions and available treatment options, guiding them in navigating community resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in accordance with HIPAA and clinic protocols, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in clinical consultations and staying updated on the latest research and treatment advancements.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. The issues that you will support them with encompass a breadth of mental health challenges, allowing you to utilize your skills in a meaningful way that can bring about real change. Your interventions will aim to empower clients and help them achieve their mental wellness goals.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated skills in conducting mental health assessments and creating comprehensive treatment plans.
• Experience delivering therapy to diverse populations, both individually and in group settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, coupled with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong ethical standards and adherence to professional boundaries.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and patient management.
• Ability to function effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting focusing on a similar client demographic.
• Familiarity with innovative therapeutic techniques and willingness to engage in continuous learning.
• Experience working with specialized populations, such as veterans, individuals in recovery, or youth.
