As part of our team, you will participate in virtual meetings, contribute to program development, and maintain communication with families to ensure comprehensive care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and challenges.
  • Participate in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, ensuring that each childโ€™s plan reflects their unique developmental requirements.
  • Actively monitor outcomes as a member of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating closely with other experts to create strategies that support child growth and development.
  • Provide vital support to families, helping them navigate and utilize the resources available to enhance their child's developmental trajectory.
  • Comply with all relevant Federal and State regulations to ensure the utmost standards of care and service delivery.
  • Forge rapport with children, families, and team members, facilitating a nurturing and educational environment tailored to individual learning styles.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to create and recommend strategies that promote effective learning.
  • Implement the IFSP with enrolled families, maintaining ongoing communication to adjust services in accordance with developmental progress and family priorities.
  • Offer coaching to families, equipping them with tools and skills to support their childโ€™s development effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for both staff and the families we serve.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. The calm and nurturing atmosphere we provide is crucial in helping these young individuals develop essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas. As an LCSW with our organization, your efforts will directly influence their development in critical early years, fostering growth and learning in an environment that respects and responds to their unique needs.

Qualifications
  • A valid Masterโ€™s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure through the Department of Public Health, with LCSW status required.
  • Possession of a valid driverโ€™s license for any potential onsite visits, as needed.
  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 75,000 โ€“ 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
