While this position is primarily remote, it is situated within a collaborative framework of mental health professionals in Fontana. You will have the flexibility of working from home while still being part of our vibrant community dedicated to mental health. Our remote model includes a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork, supported by regular virtual team meetings to foster connectivity and collaboration.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to inform treatment planning, utilizing a client-centered approach that respects each individual’s unique circumstances.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster positive client outcomes.
• Regularly assess and document client progress, adapting treatment interventions as necessary based on empirical feedback and client needs. For example, if a client expresses increased anxiety, you may modify their approach to incorporate mindfulness practices or cognitive-behavioral strategies.
• Maintain accurate and secure client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems to track treatment and care continuity.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and trends in mental health treatment, which will ensure service delivery remains relevant and effective.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Your role will involve conducting initial assessments, developing treatment strategies, and providing ongoing therapy to help clients achieve their personal goals and improve their overall mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices and client care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is beneficial but not essential; we are committed to providing training as needed.

Candidates with experience in evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Additionally, bilingual professionals who can serve our diverse community will be particularly valued.

This role offers an attractive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, coupled with a robust benefits package.
