Skills and Minimum Experience Requirements: 

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications. 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing or a related field.
  •  2 years of work experience in supply chain, forecasting or related field.
  •  Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, experience in SAP/Oracle and Oracle Cloud Demand Management a plus.
  •  Subject matter expertise in MRP, Demand Forecasting, and SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes.
  •  Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams; demonstrates a proactive and inclusive working style.
  •  Understanding of business drivers, market dynamics, and seasonal demand patterns.
  •  Familiarity with supply chain operations and enterprise planning systems.
  •  Data analytics experience, specifically in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and statistical modeling.
  •  Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  •  Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  •  Ability to work independently.
  •  Comfort dealing with ambiguity.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Data Analysis - Gather and analyze historical sales data, market research, economic indicators, and other relevant inputs to identify demand patterns.
  • Forecast Model Development - Design, implement, and maintain statistical forecasting models using tools such as Excel, and specialized software (e.g., Oracle Demantra).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to incorporate business insights, validate assumptions, and align forecasts with strategic goals. Proactively creates processes and mechanisms to identify forecast quality issues and works with sales and marketing to correct.
  • Forecast Accuracy & Performance Monitoring - Track forecast performance, conduct root cause analysis for deviations, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
  • Reporting & Insights - Create dashboards and reports to communicate trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to support planning and decision-making.
  • Strategic Planning Support - Support SIOP process as key team member accountable for forecast.
