• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand each client's unique stressors, challenges, and treatment goals, crafting customized mindfulness strategies for therapy.
• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions—including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)—and support clients through guided mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques aimed at promoting self-awareness and emotional balance.
• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and resilience-building strategies tailored to diverse client needs.
• Integrate mindfulness principles into individual therapy sessions, ensuring a responsive approach to clients’ specific mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare providers to foster a comprehensive treatment approach that incorporates mindfulness as a core technique.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate mindfulness practices into therapeutic frameworks with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating a nurturing, non-judgmental therapeutic environment conducive to personal healing and growth.

• Previous experience or extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is highly desirable.
