Our clients often present with various issues including anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma-related conditions. The mindful approach to therapy allows counselors to provide tailored interventions that promote healing, self-discovery, and empowerment, helping clients improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Texas.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate mindfulness practices into therapeutic frameworks with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating a nurturing, non-judgmental therapeutic environment conducive to personal healing and growth.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience or extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience providing counseling to diverse populations, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity in therapeutic practice.
  • Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and workshops focused on mindfulness and stress reduction.
