• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients, developing tailored treatment plans that align with clinical best practices.
• Provide ongoing therapy sessions while routinely documenting progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with clinical policies.
• Engage in regular consultation and supervision sessions with interdisciplinary team members to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary committees to continuously improve clinical practices and update care programs as needed.
• Participate in special projects that may require tailored clinical services, adapting interventions to meet specific goals.
• Utilize performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to define your success and contribute to department objectives.

You will work with a variety of clients, ranging from those experiencing moderate anxiety and depression to individuals dealing with chronic mental health conditions. We focus on serving individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, helping them navigate their personal challenges with compassionate, evidence-based interventions.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, including completion of an internship in counseling.

• Experience utilizing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, with certification required.
• Familiarity with health psychology, particularly in managing chronic health issues and pain.
• Demonstrated ability to perform clinical documentation and assessment with a high level of accuracy.
• Physical ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds, and specific vision abilities for close viewing tasks may be necessary.
