• Conduct in-depth evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients, enabling the formulation of individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote therapy sessions using evidence-based methods tailored to individuals, groups, and families, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.
• Facilitate effective collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to care that enhances client outcomes.
• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate intervention techniques, stabilizing clients in acute distress through telehealth assessments and support.
• Engage in community outreach efforts, utilizing webinars and online resources to raise mental health awareness and decrease stigma.

Your role will involve working with a wide variety of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to enhance relationships with clients from various demographics.
• Effective organizational skills to manage documentation and comply with telehealth service standards efficiently.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and the ability to navigate technology for effective care delivery.
• History of multidisciplinary teamwork and collaboration in a mental health context.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and best practices for online therapy.
