Allegiance Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist, holding licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, to join our team in providing exceptional mental health services. This full-time remote position offers a salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload. • Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients’ backgrounds, mental health history, and treatment goals.
• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to support clients, such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable objectives and clearly defined interventions.
• Record and manage treatment interventions and client progress in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure collaborative and coordinated care.
• Participate in regular peer supervision sessions to encourage professional growth and share best practices with fellow team members.

This role involves working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will empower clients to address their specific needs and help them develop coping mechanisms that enhance their emotional resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Current and valid state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health settings, demonstrating the capacity to engage effectively with clients and implement treatment strategies.
• Strong skills in conducting mental health evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Experience working in telehealth services is preferred, with an understanding of the nuances and advantages of virtual therapy.
• Specialization in specific treatment areas such as trauma-informed care, children and adolescent therapy, or substance use disorders can enhance candidacy.
