What You’ll Do

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and/or group therapy to clients navigating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide thoughtful, client-centered therapy using evidence-based practices
  • Partner with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and values
  • Support clients in building coping strategies, insight, and resilience
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and billing
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatric providers, to deliver integrated care when appropriate
  • Advocate for clients and support them through complex or crisis situations
  • Engage in team meetings, consultation, and continuous professional development

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Active state licensure, and must reside in Oregon.
  • Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a range of mental health conditions
  • Comfort working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine passion for supporting others
  • Looking for a group practice to call a long-term home
  • Aligned with our values and a desire to grow with our practice

Bonus Points

  • Experience in a community health center is preferred
  • Strong understanding of and experience integrating theoretical frameworks


Work Environment & Schedule

This position is for someone seeking a full-time work schedule. The role requires working approximately 30 hours per week. Full-time clinicians should maintain a schedule of 22+ clinical hours weekly.


Location: Oregon (Remote or Hybrid)


This is a remote (telehealth) role, with the option to work from one of our offices locations in Portland.

Competitive Compensation:
  • Associates
    • $64 per clinical hour for follow up therapy sessions
    • $80 per intake session
  • Fully Licensed Clinicians
    • $72 per clinical hour for follow-up therapy sessions
    • $90 per intake session
  • Compensation for no shows
  • Administrative rate of $20 per hour for required trainings and meetings.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks per year
