• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' specific mental health needs and preferences.
• Design and implement individualized, contextually sensitive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, adapting as necessary throughout the therapy process.
• Provide targeted counseling sessions aimed at helping clients overcome personal and emotional challenges, ensuring a warm and empathetic approach to every interaction.
• Stay current with the latest therapeutic methodologies and incorporate innovative practices into your counseling sessions to enhance client engagement and success.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and refer clients to external services when specialized care is needed.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among other mental health challenges. Your role is crucial in creating a safe therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to express themselves and explore their experiences. Through tailored counseling approaches, you will foster an atmosphere of trust and connection, essential for effective therapy.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge and skills in therapeutic practices.
• All state-required licenses and certifications necessary for professional counseling practice.
• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
• Proven ability to facilitate open conversations with clients, creating an engaging therapeutic alliance.
• Adept at formulating customized treatment plans that address the unique needs of individuals, reflecting an understanding of various counseling techniques.
• A proactive willingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to additional healthcare providers when necessary.

• Previous experience working in community health settings or with populations facing social and economic barriers to care.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools to enhance your remote counseling effectiveness.
• Experience in utilizing specific therapeutic frameworks (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) that align with our clinic’s treatment philosophy.

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience, along with the potential for a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
