Work Environment

This position is offered on a full-time basis within a remote work setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, psychiatrists, and support staff who share the common goal of delivering compassionate and effective care. Your day-to-day operations involve engaging with clients through virtual sessions, ensuring consistent support and accessibility for our patient population. Flexibility may be required based on individual patient needs but generally follows a Monday to Friday work schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Offer crisis intervention support to patients during trauma-related emergencies, providing immediate care and resources as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and community resources available for further support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in trauma therapy, ensuring that your practice aligns with current best practices and methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with clients who have experienced significant trauma and exhibit symptoms related to PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your compassionate approach will be crucial in helping these individuals navigate their healing journeys, restoring hope, and promoting personal growth. You will play a pivotal role in empowering clients to regain control over their lives and foster resilience.
