• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat to offer tailored mental health solutions.
• Support clients in articulating their emotions and life experiences, fostering greater self-awareness and stronger relationship skills.
• Serve as an advocate for clients by assisting them in setting achievable treatment goals and navigating their mental health journeys.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans, leveraging evidence-based practices and your clinical insights.

You will work exclusively with pre-screened clients who are stable adults presenting with low acuity issues, ensuring a more manageable and focused caseload. Our matching process aligns you with clients based on your specialties and demographic preferences, allowing for a more personalized therapeutic approach. There is an emphasis on maintaining quality care, as no severe mental health patients are handled in this setting.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice independently, specifically as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven capacity to make professional evaluations and derive actionable treatment plans based on client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate and understanding nature in dealing with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology, with an ability to adapt to new software and systems swiftly.

• Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings, especially in virtual counseling, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) is an advantage.
• Demonstrated history of effective therapeutic outcomes in a similar role.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Full-time counselors receive additional benefits, including:
