  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the emotional, psychological, and physical well-being of your clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to create personalized, solution-focused treatment plans aimed at achieving their wellness goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary clients will be stable, low-acuity adults seeking mental health support within the school framework. You will work with individuals who may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, stress, and transitional issues related to their academic environment. This role requires a sensitive and insightful approach to counseling, given the unique pressures faced by students today.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker or equivalent (LMFT, LPC, LICSW, PsyD) is required.
  • Note: We are unable to consider candidates with limited/provisional licenses or any history of disciplinary actions.
Preferred Experience
  • Demonstrated clinical experience of at least 2 years managing a diverse caseload effectively.
  • Proven skills in conducting thorough assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills paired with an empathetic nature that fosters trust and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits
