Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake procedures for new clients, gathering pertinent information to inform treatment plans.

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based methods tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapy sessions in accordance with best practices and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals virtually when necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training sessions and utilizing consultation opportunities with colleagues.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state licensing regulations in all facets of practice.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field from a regionally accredited university is required.

• An active license in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult clients is necessary.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Strong documentation skills for maintaining client records meticulously and accurately.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions pending against your license in any jurisdiction.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using telehealth platforms and an understanding of the nuances involved in delivering therapy online.

• Additional experience with specialized therapy modalities or populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
