With rapid growth comes opportunity. We are looking for an ERP Project Manager to join our team on a remote basis! This is a full-time / exempt position.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Migration Delivery: Drive the full lifecycle project plan to migrate multiple global entities from Dynamics NAV 2017 to Dynamics 365 Business Central, defining scope, milestones, budgets, and success criteria per wave.
  • Project Governance & Reporting: Lead governance by facilitating steering committee meetings, maintaining the project charter, managing RAID logs, and reporting status to the Director, CIO, and executive stakeholders.
  • Global Standardization & Localization: Facilitate global template and fit-gap workshops to balance core standardization with regional requirements, ensuring consistency while minimizing customization.
  • Cross-Functional Workstream Management: Align functional leads (Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales, IT) and Microsoft partners on deliverables and timelines.
  • System Integrations Coordination: Coordinate sequencing, testing, and validation across integrations (CRM, WMS, EDI, and third-party ISVs) in collaboration with internal IT/EBS teams.
  • Data Migration & Governance Strategy: Oversee legacy data cleansing, transformation mapping, testing, and validation with partners, enforcing post-migration data quality and master data controls.
  • Testing, Cutover & Hypercare Execution: Lead UAT planning, script building, and defect tracking. Direct cutover activities via detailed runbooks and mock deployments, and manage post go-live hypercare, triage, and steady-state transitions.
  • Hybrid Methodology Application: Apply Agile/Scrum frameworks (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) for iterative workstreams alongside traditional waterfall governance.
  • Vendor & Financial Management: Partner with HR and functional leaders to drive change management and end-user adoption. Manage Microsoft partner SOW deliverables, track project budgets, and enforce formal change control processes.
  • Documentation & Handoffs: Maintain project documentation—including plans, decision logs, process maps, and runbooks—ensuring complete handoffs at each phase gate.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by IT Management.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years specifically managing ERP implementation or migration projects.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing at least 2 full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations or NAV-to-BC migrations – from project initiation through go-live and post-cutover stabilization.
  • Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or equivalent) projects.
  • Experience managing multi-entity, multi-country ERP rollouts in a global organization strongly preferred.
  • Background working with Microsoft implementation partners and managing vendor performance against SOW deliverables.
  • Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, food safety, or consumer products industries a plus.
  • Prior experience with Dynamics NAV 2017 or earlier versions a significant advantage.
  • PMP – Project Management Professional (PMI) – Required
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM I) – Highly Desired
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate – Highly Preferred
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP or CRM) – Preferred
  • SAFe Agilist or PMI-ACP – Preferred
  • ITIL Foundation – Preferred

Salary Range:

$103,500 - $130,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, market conditions, candidate qualifications, and experience.
