• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client mental health issues, enabling the formulation of accurate clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the client’s unique objectives and circumstances.
• Engage in crisis intervention techniques for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in alignment with ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other allied health professionals, to facilitate comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health concerns and available community resources, advocating for clients' needs as necessary.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health setting.

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, we offer an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience.
