This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to deliver care to clients in a comfortable and efficient manner. Although you will work independently from your home office, you will be deeply integrated into our outpatient clinic's collaborative virtual environment with regular meetings, supervision, and access to supportive colleagues.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, incorporating standardized evaluation tools to form accurate clinical diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions that draw upon evidence-based practices and align with clients' therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches as appropriate.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive the appropriate support and resources.
• Maintain organized and confidential documentation of client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams that may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, potential treatment paths, and community resources, empowering them to take active roles in their mental health journeys.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to remain current with best practices in mental health therapy.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Your caseload may include clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various life transitions. • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Experience in a clinical or outpatient therapy setting is preferred, but we encourage entry-level candidates with relevant experience to apply.
