• Conduct thorough assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ mental health concerns, allowing for accurate clinical diagnoses and effective treatment planning.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy, adjusting strategies to suit the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Deliver immediate crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health situations, offering support and resources as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, encompassing treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in strict adherence to ethical guidelines and legal regulations.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and integrated care.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment alternatives, and community resources, advocating for clients’ needs and rights as appropriate.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training sessions and workshops, to stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your role is to provide empathetic support and professional guidance to help clients identify their challenges and work towards meaningful solutions. Through therapy, you will facilitate healing, resilience, and personal empowerment in a supportive environment.

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities with demonstrated diagnostic skills is essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• A strong commitment to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Prior experience in a clinical setting is beneficial; however, entry-level candidates who meet requisite educational qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Experience using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also provide additional incentives, including a sign-on bonus.
