Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ mental health concerns, allowing for accurate clinical diagnoses and effective treatment planning.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual, group, and family therapy, adjusting strategies to suit the specific needs and goals of each client.
  • Deliver immediate crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health situations, offering support and resources as necessary.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential records, encompassing treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in strict adherence to ethical guidelines and legal regulations.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and integrated care.
  • Educate clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment alternatives, and community resources, advocating for clients’ needs and rights as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits
